Maruchi and Arachi have been living in a cave ever since their grandfather was killed by Blue Skull 13. While lost in the mountains, Master Yang and Teacher Jang stumble upon them and decide to take them back to teach them academics and taekwondo. During a taekwondo championship, Maruchi is injured by an unidentified monster. He and Arachi follow this monster to the Blue Skulls' lair but fail in their attack. Later, Maruchi and Arachi serve as bodyguards for Professor Jang at the World Nuclear Physicists' Conference on the east coast. They are attacked by Blue Skull 13's robotic sea lions and sharks, leading to Professor Jang's kidnapping and Maruchi's disappearance. Maruchi is rescued by Yuri, a mermaid, and finds the Blue Skulls' secret hideout but fails to capture them. Eventually, Maruchi and his friends chase the Blue Skulls to the Himalayas, where they rescue Princess Sonya of the Himalaya Snowlands and defeat Blue Skull 13 using taekwondo.
